Every bride wants "something blue" for her wedding, and what better way to satisfy this long-held tradition than by allowing every guest at the wedding to toast the bride and groom's marriage with a bubbling flute of Something Blue.

But of course it's not just for weddings, usher in the New Year with friends and family in style or impress your dinner guests with something so extraordinary they'll be talking about your party for weeks after.

Something Blue is a unique, lightly bubbling Cuvee made at Adgestone Vineyard on the Isle of Wight. It is the only blue sparkling wine made in the UK. And we can go one step further; we can also boast that it is the only blue sparkling wine in the World that is made in the Method Traditionale.

Yes it really is blue, and yes it is made wholly from English grapes grown at Adgestone Vineyard. If you're lucky, you may even find natural crystals in the bottle that further reflect the sea's beauty.

The Cuvee's natural blue/turquoise colour was inspired by the Isle of Wight's beautiful crystal clear waters and Mediterranean-like warm climate. It is the perfect accompaniment to a warm summer day, or to brighten up a dull winter evening.

The Cuvee's vibrant and zesty palate marries perfectly with its bubbles to complement the visual sensation that is Something Blue.

We would love to tell you how the colour blue is extracted from the skins of black grapes, but that is a closely guarded secret. Suffice to say that anything is possible when an eccentric engineer lets his creative wiles run free in the wine making process.
