The unauthorized modification (including deleting from or adding to) of this website is strictly prohibited.

We make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of using this website.

This website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner which does not infringe the rights or restrict the use of the website by any third party. Any unauthorized attempt to disrupt the service provided by this website is strictly prohibited.

The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

The packaging of our products may vary from that shown on images on our site.

From time to time we may provide links to other website that we think may be of interest to the user. We cannot be held liable for these websites and visiting these sites will be done so at your own risk.

Products
All items are subject to availability. If you purchase a product through our website and it turns out to be unavailable you will be informed as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund for that item or given the option to wait for that product or a similar product to become available. If replaced with an item with a higher value the remaining balance must still be paid in full.

We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our products without warning.

We warrant that our wines will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their general purpose for a period of 12 months. Given the distinct nature of wine, do remember that their maturation is a variable process and some wines may no longer be at their peak at their time of consumption.

Our wines, unlike many mass-produced wines, contain very little sulphite and will not tolerate exposure to heat or intense light. Please note that hot cars can kill your wine within a few hours

Wines should be stored and handled in an appropriate way to allow good maturation and full life. We recommend storage temperatures of between 6-14 degrees and out of direct sunlight. Should you be unable to show that these guidelines have been followed we reserve the right to refuse a return.

Payments
We take payment using Stripe. Once payment has been taken your order will be dispatched by us within 2 working days. Once you have placed your order we regret that we cannot change it.

Delivery
We currently use Parcelforce to deliver our products, however we reserve the right to change to a different courier service without providing notice. The delivery costs will be added to the items in your basket at the point of checkout. The costs may seem quite high, but due to the highly breakable nature of our products we need to use packaging of the highest quality. Breakable items such as the glass bottles will be packaged using protective packaging.

Delivery periods may vary depending on destination as well as external factors such as courier issues or adverse weather conditions. In this event, we will do our best to try to speed the delivery up as much as possible.

Please note that although every effort will be made to ensure the safe delivery of your orders, we will not be held liable for damaged items once with the courier. However, please do contact us as we will endeavour to resolve any issues with the courier as quickly as possible.

On delivery by the courier, we recommend checking your parcel thoroughly before signing for it. You should ensure that all bottles are carefully inspected on delivery, as we will not consider any claims for breakages unless the breakage is stated on the delivery documentation. Any issues with your order must be reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns
If you are not happy with the products you have received, please notify us within 7 days (or within 48 hours in the case of products damaged during transit). We will endeavour to resolve any issues with delivery with the courier.

Any issues with the products themselves will be resolved as soon as possible. Where a refund is applicable, this will be made as soon as returned products are received by us. Refunds will only be made to the card on which the order was placed.

If returning products to us, any bottles broken during the return transit will not be refunded so please make sure they are well packaged and protected.

Age
By purchasing products through our website you are confirming that you are 18+ years of age. Please ensure that there will be someone 18+ years old available to sign upon delivery.
